Requirements
ASSESSMENT FACTORS 1. Demonstrates an in-depth understanding of the Intelligence Community (IC) and uses this knowledge constructively in establishing goals and priorities and accomplishing work. 2. Conducts large-scale assessments of multiple organizations and geographic divisions or of sensitive, complex programs/processes 3. Develops and employs strategies to analyze key issues, drawing conclusions from data and recommending viable solutions to address Agency mission needs 4. Demonstrates polished oral and written communication skills to compose, tailor, and deliver original presentations and papers on abstract and exceptionally complex questions or issues in a way that allows a varied audience to understand the intended message and objectives 5. Prepares and delivers briefings to large diverse internal and external audiences on complex and/or controversial topics in a manner that is appropriate for the audience and consistent with policy and/or best business practices HIGHLY DESIRED SKILLS 1. Demonstrates experience applying established standards in oversight work, including Blue Book, Yellow Book, American Evaluation Association's Guiding Principles for Evaluators, and Institute of Internal Auditors' Global Internal Audit Standards. 2. Demonstrates experience working within the Intelligence Community (IC) and/or Department of War.
