TECHNICIAN
You will serve as a TECHNICIAN in the SENSORS WEAPONS & LAUNCHERS DEPARTMENT of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER.
- You will provide leadership in the areas of training development, coordination, project planning, and assists with budget management.
- You will coordinate requirements, serve as the liaison for project management, and assist in overall modernization and installation requirements.
- You will lead engineering, technical and logistics personnel in developing and implementing programmatic requirements from acquisition through phase out.
- You will assign technical tasking, provide recommendations and solutions to technical related issues, and develop project budget and manpower/workload requirements.
- You will provide complex project oriented technical expertise and leadership for Weapon System Equipment Upgrades, Testing and Integration efforts.
Requirements
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-04 (GS-11/12 equivalent) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: applying technical engineering principles, methods, tools for developing, scheduling, coordinating, monitoring, evaluating and managing engineering projects and resources including technical performance to conduct the installation, maintenance, and testing of complex systems and associated facilities for a warfare program.
