Supervisory Budget Analyst
About the Position: This position is located at Department of Resource Management, Fort Gordon, GA. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation A recruitment incentive may be authorized. Salary negotiation may be available for those candidates who are new to Federal service.
- Revises budget formulation and execution methods to strengthen accuracy, consistency, and regulatory compliance.
- Maintains and interprets extensive historical and current financial datafrom multiple Medical Treatment Facilities to develop Command Budget Estimates and supportspecial studies and reviews.
- Evaluates contractor financial management practices toensure proper resource utilization, quality control, and subcontractor oversight.
- Develops performance standards and preparesperformance appraisals to support employee development and accountability.
